In this class we take it apart: the three steps, the pivot, and the specific responsibilities each role carries.For the follower, we work on reading when to move and when to wait, because the molinete is one of the places where that distinction matters most.For the leader, we look at something that often surprises people: you do not need to lead every single step. You lead the direction, and then you lead the stop or the change. What happens in between belongs to the follower. Understanding that changes how both people experience the molinete.

Medford's own Kier Byrnes and the Kettle Burners will be at the Condon Shell Summer Concert Series on Thursday, July 23rd. The show is from 6:30-8:00 pm and is free and open to the public. It's recommended that concert-goers bring chairs or blankets as there is no formal seating. Stop by the Medford Farmers Market first to stock up for the week, and then stay for the show! Medford Brewing Company will be on hand selling their delicious craft beers, as well.&nbsp;

In this Reiki One class, you will be introduced to the foundations of Reiki in a welcoming, accessible environment.
