The City has accepted the PILOT payment in good faith but continues to negotiate the community benefits component of the agreement. While in negotiations, the obligations of the prior agreement will be maintained.

The payment is a 64% increase from the previous PILOT payment received by the City. The amount is equivalent to the funds paid to Boston and Somerville.
