CVS in Medford Square Sold to Linear Retail

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced that it acquired 85 High Street in Medford, Massachusetts for $4.75 million.

The freestanding, single story retail property is leased to CVS/Pharmacy. It is located at the western entrance to Medford Square. The acquisition marks Linear Retail’s 85th property throughout New England and its first acquisition in Medford.
