Boston Body Barre Class

This full-body workout is designed to work and stretch your muscles through creative exercises performed at the barre and on a mat. Inspired by yoga and Pilates, this class will challenge your body with precise movements and repetitions and will use props such as flexbands, light weights, and exercise balls. You will be guided by clear and precise cues as you take part in a complete workout that is fun, rejuvenating, and designed for all levels.
