
In this workshop, we will explore some of the basic principles of a Kripalu yoga practice and go in depth into some of yoga's most famous poses. Whether you're new to yoga or want to refresh your yogawareness, this workshop will help you to start or rejuvenate your practice. The 90-minute session includes breathwork, postures, relaxation and meditation.
