MEDFORD BABE RUTH BASEBALL REGISTRATION FOR PLAYERS AGE 12 - 15
All Medford residents born after April 30, 1995 and before May 1, 1998 are eligible to play regardless of ability.
Registration forms are available online at www.medfordbaberuth.com or at Pompeo & Sons Insurance Agency (open M-F 9-5).

To register, mail or hand deliver your completed registration form and $125 check to Medford Babe Ruth c/o Pompeo & Sons Insurance Agency, 464 High St., West Medford Square 02155. New players must also include a photo copy of birth certificate. Deadline is Monday, February 28, 2011. Late registrations are not guaranteed a spot on a team and the late registration fee is $150.
