Medford Youth Hockey and Medford Girl's Hockey are pleased to announce that their 2012-13 "Commitment Day Barbecue" for their (15) Travel Teams is planned for Sunday Afternoon August 12, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the City of Medford LoConte Skating Rink within the Hormel Stadium Complex in Medford.
The 2012-13 Youth Hockey and Girl's Hockey Travel Team Leagues begin their seasons in September. In preparation for the start of the season, most area programs including Medford hold travel team tryouts in March before their rinks close for the summer. Because the leagues start in September, team rosters and USA Hockey registrations must be completed in August so that the teams are ready to play.
