Morning Meditation and Self-Care

Morning Meditation and Self-Care A Weekly Program with Mary Sbuttoni.

Mondays at 10:00 a.m.

 Join us each week for a morning meditation. The group will do a warm-up/self-care technique to relax and release tension, and a meditation and mindfulness exercise. The basics of meditation will also be explained. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing. People are invited to come to an individual class or to attend every week to enhance and deepen the effects of meditation.

Mary Sbuttoni is a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist since 1995 doing massage and energy work. She is the owner of Medford Muscular Therapy Centre in Medford Square.

This program is presented by the Friends of the Medford Public Library.
