An afternoon of waltzes and other couple dances to the delightful solo piano music of Jacqueline Schwab.  Jacqueline is known for her soaring improvisations and was the featured pianist on Ken Burn's grammy-award winning soundtrack "The Civil War"

Live music for dancing 3:00 - 5:30

Beginners, singles, and couples are welcome!

To protect the wooden floor and to make turning easier, please change from street shoes to clean shoes, ideally leather-soled, before dancing.

Presented by the Folk Arts Center of New England and Mostly Waltz for Boston. A variety of waltz tunes and tempos are played from slow to fast; every third number is a different couple dance, such as a polka, hambo, schottis, swing, tango, one-step, or zwiefacher.
