You’re invited to our Nutrition SeminarThis Saturday, June 25th from 12:30 - 2 PM

We wanted to remind you that we will be hosting a lecture, Wednesday June 29th,  at 8:00 PM. It is designed to be the same format as the last lecture we held on June 8th.  It is scheduled to be 45 minutes with 30 minutes of lecture and 15 minutes of discussion and questions.

  3. Customization of your program? Realistic Goals and expectations for weight gain / weight loss/ and maintenance
  4. Making the "Switch". Strategies for change, success, and support
  5. fruits, vegetables, Grains – “Healthy carbohydrates”
  6. Why Weight loss is akin to financial debt and how the solutions are the same.
  7. Age, metabolism, arthritis, and fitness
  8. Grocery store map – Keys to shopping for nutritional success
  9. Why journaling will guarantee a 2 lb loss or more in 4 weeks.
