
Love running? Hate running? This is for you. We're holding another running clinic, starting Friday, October 14. This clinic will be 30 minutes of drills that will improve your technique, efficiency, speed and also make running safer. This is a down and dirty series; we'll be taking our sneaks off, putting them back on, evaluating where our feet strike in relation to our body and having fun. You will have PLENTY OF JUICE for the 6:30pm class. You can essentially view this as a 30 minute warmup.
Classes will run 4 consecutive Fridays, from 6-6:30pm. The cost is $25 to have access to all 4 sessions. A minimum of 4 attendees is required to hold this clinic. The minimum attendance must be met by Thursday, October 13 for the clinic to be held. Members and non-members can sign up here. Be ready to run from a Liger. Or at least improve your "Nancy" time.
