Slow Flow Sunrise Yoga

Start your day with a slow flow practice (moderate pace) that will open your body and clear your mind for the day ahead. Meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:45am. All classes are taught in the Kripalu style and include breathwork, postures, relaxation and brief meditation.
