Meet MelroseWakefield Healthcare

Hallmark Health System, which has hospital and medical centers north of Boston, has rebranded itself.

Hallmark Health System, a healthcare provider in north suburban Boston, has changed its name. The company has rebranded itself MelroseWakefield Healthcare and designed a new logo that is "complementary" to the Tufts Medical Center identity. The new brand will "demonstrate our growing clinical relationship and efforts to bring high-level specialty care to the local communities," according to a company press release.

"It has been a time of important growth and positive momentum for our organization," Bobbi
Carbone, interim president and CEO of MelroseWakefield Healthcare, said in a statement. "Healthcare is changing and so are we. Our new brand is reflective of that change. Specifically, as a system of care, including our hospitals and our community providers, we are focused on bringing more services to our communities
to keep high-quality care local and affordable for the convenience of our patients."

The names of the company's hospitals, MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, will not change. MelroseWakefield Healthcare has also unveiled a new website, www.melrosewakefield.org, which features a new brand design.
