Late Medford High Grad To Be Remembered At Hockey Game

MEDFORD, MA – The Medford High School Hockey Team will host a "Swirls Around the World" fundraiser Feb. 3 in memory of Matthew "Swirls" Cirelli. The Mustangs will face off against Peabody at 4 p.m. at LoConte Rink.

There will be a bake sale and raffles to raise money for the Swirls Around the World Fund for Fighting Cancer.

Cirelli, a 2012 graduate of Medford High School, died in 2013 following a two-year battle with Ewing's Sarcoma.
