Linda 'Pipsqueak' Policastro, Former Medford Resident, Dies at 66
Policastro died Tuesday, Dec. 17.

Linda R. “Pipsqueak” Policastro, 66, of Sanford, Maine, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, after a long illness at home.
Born in Boston, she lived in Sanford for 18 years and formerly of Medford. She was the daughter of the late Mary E. (Igo) and Sebastiano DeFilippo.
Linda was a Medical Tech and Health Care Provider at the Pavilion in Sanford for 5 years.
Beloved wife of the late Frank Policastro. Devoted mother of Frankie Policastro of Maine. Loving grandmother of Kelsey, Shawn, Desirae, Sebastiano and Carmine. Loving great grandmother of Jayden. Sister of Barbara Connelly of New York, Elisa Doucette and her husband Joseph of Peabody, Jackie Veri and her husband Pio of Wilmington, Thomas DeFilippo of Gardner, Christina DeFilippo and her husband Kevin Merrill of Somerville, and the late Francesco and John Michael DeFilippo. Cherished Godmother of Jimmy, Tommy, Matthew, Johnathan and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Saturday at 8 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment will be private.
