Medford Fall Harvest Health, Wellness & Fitness Fair

The fair is coming back at the end of September.

The following is from Medford Public Schools:

On Thursday, September 28, 2017, from 5:00-7:00 PM, the Medford Public Schools, along with the City of Medford and Mayor Stephanie Burke, will be hosting the 2nd Annual Fall Harvest Health, Wellness & Fitness Fair. The fair is free, open to all and will be held in the MHS Gym, 489 Winthrop Street, Medford.
Businesses such as local gyms, barre, yoga, spin, boxing and crossfit studios, along with spas, hospitals, physical therapy services, financial institutions, weight loss services, chiropractic services, grocery stores and restaurants will be hosting tables of free information, special deals, and free raffles. Some of the fitness groups will offer a free mini class. Spas will offer free mini treatments. The hospitals will offer free skin and blood sugar screenings. There will be free samples of healthy snacks as well as, free recipe cards to take home.

Additionally, the Medford Public Schools will be hosting informational tables from the Medford Family Network, Team Medford, Medford Schools Food Service, Medford Community Schools, as well as, programs from the Medford Vocational Technical High School, where one can have their blood pressure checked by Health Assisting or have a mini manicure from Cosmetology. Music will be spun by the folks at WROR, 105.7 FM. It will be a fun, educational and enjoyable evening for all!
