Medford High Lacrosse Teams in Playoff Action Today

Today is Wednesday, May 29. Here are five things you need to know.

1.) The 12th-seeded Medford High girls’ lacrosse team will travel to No. 5 Acton-Boxboro this afternoon for a 4 p.m. game in the first round of the Division 1 North bracket.

2.) The high school’s boys’ lacrosse team, the No. 23 seed, will also be on the road today, at 6 p.m. at No. 10 Westford Academy in the preliminary round of the Division 1 East bracket.

3.) The Mustangs’ baseball team earned the No. 2 seed in its bracket.

4.) The Medford Public Library will have story time at 10 a.m. this morning.

5.) Showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout the day today, according to the National Weather Service.
