Medford Man Charged With Murder Held Without Bail

A Medford man charged with murder was ordered held without bail at an arraignment in Cambridge District Court on Monday.

On the evening of August 12, police say several shots were fired in the vicinity of 119 Windsor Street in Cambridge.
Rasaun Nichols, 31, of Cambridge, was struck by gunshots while in a vehicle that was departing Newtowne Court. That vehicle was driven down Main Street toward Kendall Square, where it later stopped. Nichols was later pronounced dead.
