Medford Man Slashed In Face During Road Rage Attack: Police

The man told police he was driving in Cambridge when another man threw something at his car.

MEDFORD, MA – A Medford man was slashed with a knife during a road rage attack in Cambridge last week, according to police. The incident was reported after the 38-year-old went to the hospital with a knife wound around 11:40 p.m. Dec. 5.

The man told police he was driving down Cambridge Street about an hour earlier when another man threw an object, hitting his car, according to the Cambridge Chronicle. When he got out to confront him, the other man pulled a knife and slashed him in the cheek and ear, the man told police.

The attacker was described as light-skinned, 30-40 years old with a dark jacket and black hat, the Chronicle reported.
