​Medford Remembers Those Lost to Addiction in Walk and Vigil Tonight

A candlelight walk and vigil will culminate in a Christmas Festival at City Hall remembering those lost to addiction.

A Candlelight Remembrance Walk and Vigil will take place Thursday night to remember those who have been lost to addiction and support the affected families.

The walk, being hosted by Medford Overcoming Addiction and Medford's Office of Prevention and Outreach, will begin at the Grace Church at 160 High St at 6:30 p.m. with a prayer and vigil. Then there will be a walk to City Hall.

There will be a family Christmas Festival at City Hall, with a Remembrance Christmas Tree to remember loved ones who are gone.

Those who cannot attend the vigil can go to the City Hall Christmas Festival about 7:45 p.m. All are welcome.

Parking at City Hall is recommended, and there is also parking available at the Grace Church lot.
