Medford Resident Joins Peabody Properties as Chief Administrative Officer
Nancy Hogan hired by award-winning real estate management firm

Full-service real estate management firm, Peabody Properties, Inc., today announced that Medford resident, Nancy Hogan, will join the company as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
As CAO, Hogan will work with firm principals and officers to develop and implement a strategic plan for Peabody Properties, with an emphasis on continued growth and success. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Hogan is an expert in affordable housing. A designated National Affordable Housing Professional at the Executive level (NAHP-e) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Hogan serves on a number of national and regional industry boards, including the New England Affordable Housing Management Association’s (NEAHMA) Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Peabody Properties, Hogan spent 18 years as Officer and Vice President of Government Relations and Training at First Realty Management. Previously, Hogan was Deputy Director of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) in Alexandria, Virginia, where she served in a variety of roles, including Congressional Relations Specialist and as a liaison between NAHMA members and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Housing Finance Agencies. Hogan received a Masters of Education degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
