BEDFORD, Mass., May 14, 2014 —The Boston Business Journal named Medford resident MITRE Corporation Vice President Sarah MacConduibh to its Mass High Tech Women to Watch list for 2014. The award recognizes dedicated women in technology and life sciences who are inspirational, motivational to their peers, and influential in their industries.
MacConduibh leads MITRE’s Air Force Portfolio, where she oversees the work of approximately 1,000 technical staff responsible for addressing some of the Air Force’s most critical technical priorities and challenges, including command and control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; cyber and information operations; and information technology. An electrical engineer by education and training, MacConduibh is deeply committed to steering more women into the fields of science, engineering, technology, and mathematics (STEM), and actively supports MITRE’s related efforts. She is also an Air Force Veteran, a devoted volunteer and an accomplished musician.
