Medford Residents Behind Incoming Bagel Shop
Goldilox Bagels is expected to open this fall.
MEDFORD, MA – A married couple from Medford are the brains behind an incoming bagel shop in the city. Ed Thill and Lindsey Gaudet will open Goldilox Bagels at 186 Winthrop St., the former location of Stone and Skillet, according to the Medford Transcript.
The shop, which is around the corner from the couple's home, will have seating for 10-13 people and have bagels, coffee and additions for bagel sandwiches, the Transcript reported. There will be about 8-10 bagel flavors available daily.
The owners hope to open Goldilox Bagels by late November or early December.
