A Medford woman’s “public service announcement” to local college students has gone viral.
Medford’s Kim Costa posted the rant on her Facebook page last week, and as of Wednesday morning, it had over 3,500 shares, 1,000 likes and 500 comments.

“Nobody likes you, you’re a visitor here, an interloper,” Costa says in the PSA.
“I’m sure when you graduate you’ll want to move here cause it’s so awesome, and you’re right, we’re awesome, but people like you will be contained to places like Lexington and Concord, where you can live and wear your Tevas and recycle and have a kid when you’re [expletive] 50 years old,” Costa continued.

Costa, who grew up near Tufts University and worked in Somerville’s Davis Square, defended her remarks to Boston Magazine.
