Medford's Power Outage Update

National Grid has classified this storm as a level 3 event. Level 3 means it could take up to 72 hours to respond to all customers. Today’s priority is to address public safety issues, including down wires in the streets and sidewalks that are arching to make streets and sidewalks impassible.

There are currently 4,182 customers without power. This represents 16% of the community.

To report an outage call: 800-322-3223 or 800-465-1212.

National Grid suggests that ALL power outages are reported. Please don’t assume your outage has been called in.
