Tamper, a new restaurant/coffee shop, is moving into the old Boloco space near Tufts University at 340 Boston Ave.

The cafe went before the Medford City Council Tuesday night for an operating license.

The co-founders of Boloco, Jason Hutchinson and Adam Liebman, are behind the new venture as well, according to a Tufts Daily report.
