New Medford Square Restaurant Eyes Summer Opening

MEDFORD, MA – A new Medford restaurant from former Grill 23 chef Jay Murray could arrive as soon as this summer. Trust Us Kitchen, or "Tusk," does not have an official opening date or specific address, though the restaurant's Facebook page has it located somewhere in Medford Square.

News about the restaurant first popped up last fall, when Murray told Eater his new space would feature both small and family-style platters, as well as craft beers from New England breweries and a laundry list of wine labels.

In December, Tusk shared a sample menu on its Facebook page for "Summer 2018." Offerings included smaller plates like ham and eggs and lamb on skewers and shared plates like a half rack of pig and turkey fried chicken.
