Obituary: James 'Chris' Traverse Jr., of Medford

James “Chris” Traverse Jr., of Medford, entered eternal rest Monday, Nov. 3, after a courageous three-year battle with ALS.

He leaves his beloved daughters Jamie and Elyse and her boyfriend Adam Riegel, his devoted sister Mary Ellen Stanton and her husband Paul, his former wife Michelle Traverse of Tewksbury, his precious friends Tracy Daugherty and Wil Bedford of Arlington and his loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Saturday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday, 4-8 p.m. Interment private.
