Penta is still clueless - Belson shines with information.

I can't believe Penta is still oblivious to the fundamental works of economics. Our Bond rating is good because we have cash reserves. We're bonding on projects with minimal interest rates. Yet he still wants to spend from free cash. What a Jokester.
Belson on the other hand, responded with dignity and class. He was spot-on with accurate details. He gave true testimony to facts and was very well spoken.
Even Marks opposed Penta on his tirade to spend free cash on the HS boilers.  This should be the last term for Penta. I liked the guy for his years of experience, but this is it. Time to retire next term Mr. Penta.
