Restaurant Replaces Helen's Roast Beef In Medford
The popular pizzeria and sub shop has been replaced by a restaurant that hopes to cater to the same crowd.
MEDFORD, MA – A Boston Avenue pizzeria and sub shop has been replaced by a new restaurant that caters to the same crowd. Jumbo Grill & Pizzeria has moved into the former Helen's Roast Beef & Pizzeria space, according to the Tufts Daily.
Menu items include the "Blue Zone," a Buffalo chicken calzone with blue cheese dressing that was popular at Helen's, Italian-style pizza the plant-based Impossible Burger and more vegetarian options.
It will be open until 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday in order to attract college students.
