Boston Sports Clubs is encouraging singles in Boston to earn their “revenge body” a la Kourtney Kardashian over Valentine’s Day Weekend. An intense, calorie-torching boxing class, Revenge Body Boxing at Boston Sports Clubs will generate feel-good endorphins and get you back in the game with a toned body and a clear mind. Punch and kick your way through the class with inspirational lyrics like those in “Confident” by Demi Lovato and “Feelin’ Myself” by Nicki Minaj. The hour-long class is being offered at Boston Sports Clubs’ Wellington Circle location in Medford on Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th at 2:00pm with popular trainer and boxing coach, Mike Conway! Once you nail the perfect form, train like a professional boxer with stations including a heavy bag and weighted shadow boxing to get the most out of this full-body workout. This workout is FREE for both BSC members and non-members and is first come, first served!
