Dear Neighbors,
I attended the School Committee forum last night and would like to share my views. The Mayor or Superintendent were not there and so we saw the committee without it's shadow. The individuals could shine on their own and not have the weight of the Mayor or Super hanging over them. In future administrations, it would be my hope to see the school committee stand on it's own without the Mayor holding his heavy hammer over them. I would also like to see the Superintendent answer questions from the other side of the rail like the Police/Fire/DPW has too.
I think this would be good for the city.
