Shooting Under Investigation In Medford

MEDFORD, MA — A shooting is under investigation after an incident late Sunday night, the Medford Police Department announced.

Police responded to the area of 389 Salem Street at approximately 11:15 p.m. No injuries were reported.

According to police, two suspects are believed to have been involved. Both were wearing dark clothing, while one may have been wearing a camouflage hooded sweatshirt.

Police are asking residents and business owners in the surrounding area to review any available security, doorbell, or surveillance camera footage between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. This includes Salem Street, Sheridan Avenue, Grant Avenue, Central Avenue, Spring Street, Morrison Park, Linwood Street, Emerald Street, and surrounding streets.
