{Summer Lovin'} Coconut Water Popsicles

Er Meh Gerd, you guys.

Wait… that meme’s over?

Remember that time it was 90 degrees like three days in a row?

That’s a big deal in New England.

It was SO hot for SO long that I totally lost my appetite for solid food.

I seriously only wanted to eat watermelon and drink iced coffee.

So I bought myself a whole watermelon.

And I cut it all up.

I ate it on salads, I ate it alone, I ate it in smoothies.

And I ate it frozen inside a popsicle.

Pretty spectacular.

Cold, fruity and refreshing.

{Summer Lovin’} Coconut Water Popsicles   Print   Author: Allison | Frisky Lemon Ingredients Instructions
  1. Fill your popsicle molds half way with coconut water.
  2. Fill the rest of the way with diced fruit.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours.
  4. Pop ‘em out of the molds and enjoy!

The best way to enjoy some ice-cold coconut water and fruit.

Super easy. One tip– you don’t need as much fruit as you think.

Another cool idea would be to puree the fruit and add some coconut water…then they’d look more like traditional popsicle.
