Tufts Begins Coronavirus Testing, 3 Positive Tests Recorded

The university tested more than 2,400 people as of Monday.

MEDFORD, MA — Tufts University has conducted 5,390 coronavirus tests as of Monday, three of which came back positive, according to the latest data from the school. The university recently launched a dashboard showing its testing metrics, which includes total tests conducted, number of people tested and type of person tested.

Tufts has tested 2,401 people in total, indicating many people have been tested multiple times. The bulk of the tests have been conducted at the university's main campus. Here's how the data breaks down:
