Vini, Vidi, Vigi???

“Vini, Vidi, Vici” is a Latin Phrase attributed to Julius Caesar.  It translates to “I Came,  I Saw, I Conquered.”  The succinctness of the expression not only announced victory, but also the might of Caesar (as a warning to potential rivals).

Recently, archaeologists have unearthed over one thousand scrolls from an ancient Roman Scribe, Pomponius Vigitorus.  Translating the scrolls proved a much easier task than originally estimated as most contained the same content.  However, researchers have been stumped by one repetitive phrase, “Vini, Vidi, Vigi.”  Patch readers are asked to offer any scholarly insight.
