WATCH: Medford Superintendent Interviews
The Medford School Committee completed public interviews of the four finalists this week. Public comment is open until Monday, April 9.
MEDFORD, MA – This week the Medford School Committee interviewed the four finalists for superintendent. Superintendent Roy Belson will retire April 30 after 23 years as head of Medford Public Schools.
Four candidates have been shortlisted to succeed Belson:
- Dr. Donna Straight, Assistant Superintendent, Student Services – North Andover Public Schools
- Dr. John Perella, Headmaster, Medford High School – Medford Public Schools
- Dr. Marice Edouard Vincent, Instructional Superintendent – Boston Public Schools
- Mr. Thomas Martellone, Elementary Principal – Lexington Public Schools
