Which Presidential Candidates Are Medford Residents Backing?
Medford residents donated in a big way to one candidate, who received nearly $10,000 more than the second-highest candidate.
MEDFORD, MA — Medford overwhelmingly favors one presidential candidate, if the receipts are any indication. According to Federal Election Commission data, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren has more individual donations and has raised more than any other candidate this year up to Sept. 30.
Warren received 131 donations for $16,465.70. California Sen. Kamala Harris was second with 67 donations totaling $6,882.80, followed by South Bend (Ind.) Mayor Pete Buttigieg with 21 donations for $3,761.04.
President Trump received the third-highest number of donations with 63, but had the fourth-highest total at $2,870.90.
