Woman Grabbed From Behind In Medford; Suspect Sought
Police have increased patrols following a reported assault Tuesday night.
MEDFORD, MA — Police are searching for a man who grabbed a woman from behind as she walked on Frederick Avenue Tuesday night. The assault happened around 11:40 p.m.., according to police.
The woman immediately pulled away and ran home. She was not physically harmed, police said.
The suspect is described as standing approximately 6 feet tall, wearing all black clothing and reflective sneakers. He ran off toward College Avenue, police said.

Police have increased patrols in the area and warn residents to be cautious and walk in groups when possible. Residents are advised not to wear ear buds or devices that may distract them from paying attention to their surroundings.
