β€’ Melrose Water Main Projects Expected To Affect Two Neighborhoods (patch.com) β€” Melrose residents on Grove and Ash streets are being warned to expect short water shutoffs, traffic delays, and parking restrictions as the city replaces aging water mains and service lines in their neighborhoods. Temporary paving will follow this year's construction, with full curb-to-curb repaving and sidewalk restoration planned for 2027, and a DPW inspector on site to answer residents' questions.
