Polymnia Choral Society Welcomes Singers!
Come sing with the Polymnia Choral Society! Polymnia invites experienced singers, from high school age to senior citizens, to join the chorale for the final concert of the 2015–2016 season. No auditions are necessary; interested singers are invited to join the chorale for open rehearsals on Tuesday evenings March 22 and 19, from 7:00–9:30, at the weekly rehearsal venue, Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, 355 Franklin Street, Melrose.
Polymnia’s 2015–2016 season has been spirited and successful thus far, and the spring Pops concert promises to finish the season on a high note with the production of a full-length concert version of Jesus Christ Superstar, the renowned rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. Joining the Polymnia Chorale will be Danny Zolli in the role of Jesus. Zolli has starred in more than 25 productions of Jesus Christ Superstar on Broadway and throughout the world.
