One hour of sunlight hitting the earth is equal to all the energy that every person on the planet consumes in a whole year.  There is no shortage of solar energy.

Catching the Sun tells the story of the global energy transition from the perspective of workers and entrepreneurs building solutions to income inequality and climate change with their own hands.  Their successes and failures speak to one of the biggest questions of our time: will the US actually be able to build a clean energy economy?  The question no longer is 'how can we afford to switch to renewable energy?... but how can we afford not to switch to renewable energy?'
