Celebrate and relive that first Christmas so long ago with angels, shepherds, Wise men, live animals, the Holy Family and Christmas carols.
Saturday, December 5th after you have enjoyed all of the festivities of Home for the Holidays, finish the day by reliving the first Christmas so long ago on the front lawn of First Baptist Church Melrose. This event is always a crowd pleaser for kids of ALL ages. There will be angels, shepherds, Wise men, the Holy Family, Christmas carols and live animals. Come join in as you observe the Holy Family as they travel to the stable and are visited by the shepherds, Wise men and angels. Then, spend some time petting the cute animals and taking pictures with them. All of the festivities are followed by hot chocolate and homemade cookies inside in the warmth of the church.
It is a wonderful event to remember the Reason for the Season. Merry Christmas!
