UPDATED: Melrose Fire Headquarters Evacuated Due to Gas Leak

The Melrose Fire Department headquarters has been evacuated due to a gas leak.

MELROSE, MA—The headquarters of the Melrose Fire Department have been evacuated due to a natural gas leak.

Melrose Fire Capt. Peter Grant told Patch that the leak was a small leak in the basement of the headquarters, and the building was evacuated to address the leak.

No one was injured during the incident.
