April 28:
12:27 p.m.: Melrose Police conducted a well-being check at a house who's students have missed school. Police spoke with the mother, and she stated that her students were sick, and they were unable to contact the school due to their phones being out of service.

2:14 p.m.: Police responded to the area of EasternBank for reports of a person being threatened by a customer who stated he was on his way down to the bank. No action was required.
April 29:

11:31 a.m.: A caller reported that someone may have attempted to break in through their rear door knob.
12:24 p.m.: Police responded to 20 Berkley St. to serve a restraining order. The order was not served.
5:17 p.m.: Police went to West Wyoming to serve a restraining order. The order was served.
10:06 p.m.: A caller reported that someone hit his home with a bar of soap. The owner just wanted the incident logged.
April 30:
10:12: A caller reported that a vehicle hit a curb, blew out a tire and kept driving.
1:32 p.m.: A caller reported stolen lacrosse nets at Melrose High School.
May 1:
8:17 a.m.: A staff member located what he believed to be shell casings.
3:05 p.m.: Police received a report of eratic vehicle operation. Plates given gave no matching records. The report indicated that the vehicle was traveeling at a high rate of speed.
8:47 p.m.: An employee from Mother's Pizza stated that an angry customer threw a rock at their front window.
