MELROSE, MA—Melrose won’t likely be calling any snow emergencies this weekend, but winter weather in any capacity brings rule changes to the city.
If a snow emergency is called, Parking is not allowed on city streets at any time. Here is the city’s snow emergency manual detailing all procedures taken during snow emergency.
