Melrose’s Camille Wahl, 11, joined John Travolta on the set of the movie “The Forger” in Natick on Tuesday. Wahl is a patient at Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. She and some other pediatric patients served as extras in the film.
