Is Your Power Out in Melrose? Here's What to Know
Luckily, Melrose has been spared of major power outages.

MELROSE, MA—Friday’s snow has caused downed trees and power lines across Middlesex County and across the commonwealth.
Fortunately, Woburn has been relatively spared of major power outages across the city. According to the National Grid’s outage map, less than five customers are out of power.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be prepared. Here is National Grid’s outage central. Call 1-800-465-1212 if you lose service.
If a snow emergency is called, Parking is not allowed on city streets at any time. Here is the city’s snow emergency manual detailing all procedures taken during snow emergency.
