Milford police said the 60-year-old exposed his naked body parts to officers while being searched.

MILFORD, MA — A man from Upton is facing charges after making threats and slurs in Milford on Monday.

Police responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance near 270 Main St. on Monday shortly before 11 a.m. The caller told police that a man brandished what looked like a pistol and made threats to leave them bleeding, according to a news release from the Milford Police Department.

After investigating, officers learned that the man, Dominick Cristino, who was known to them, approached two people in a Dodge Ram truck as they tried to drop off a vehicle to someone at the address on Main Street, police said.

Cristino told the two people in the vehicle to “go back to Brazil” and threatened to shoot at them, according to police. While officers tried to conduct an investigation, the 60-year-old refused to cooperate and follow their commands, police said.

He was arrested and brought to the Milford Police Department for booking. He continued to be disruptive throughout the booking process, yelling racial slurs at the officers, police said.

“While being searched, Cristino pulled away from officers and stripped his clothes off exposing his genitalia and spread his nude buttocks to the officers,” Milford police wrote in a news release

When he was put in a cell for holding, Cristino tried to flood the cell floors, obstruct the cameras and once again exposed his naked body parts to the camera, police said.

He was charged with a civil rights violation, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, open and gross lewdness, disturbing the peace, and indecent exposure.

Milford police said he was released on bail, but did not specify the amount.
