No Bail For Suspected Fentanyl Dealer

The Milford man has a dangerousness hearing on Monday.

MILFORD, MA- A Milford man who is facing drug trafficking charges was denied bail on Tuesday and has a dangerousness hearing on Monday.

Thomas Kedski, 34, was arrested on Tuesday morning after Milford detectives, Uxbridge Police K-9 Bear and the Worcester Drug Enforcement Administration High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force conducted a search of him and his home.

Milford detectives had been investigating Kedski and possible drug trafficking from his Westbrook Street home. A confidential informant helped detectives make four controlled drug purchases from Kedski before he was arrested, according to the police report.

On Monday, detective were watch Kedski and said they saw him meet with several known drug addicts. The meetings were "consistent with the sales and distribution of heroin," the report reads.

On Tuesday morning when Kedski was arrested police found a large bag filled with 10 smaller bags of fentanyl on him- he agreed to talk with investigators. Kedski said there were more drugs in his bedroom and the K-9 officer was able to find them in two dressers in the room, according to the report. Four glassine bags of fentanyl were found in the dresser and in a second bedroom, two more bags were found as well as a scale, sandwich bags and a chemical used to cut heroin and fentanyl.

At first police thought the drugs were heroin but Kedski told them it was "straight fentanyl."He was charged with with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, possession of a Class A substance and intent to distribute. In total police recovered 33.7 grams of fentanyl $2,258 in cash and Kedski’s car.
